SINOPSIS

SYNOPSIS
During the spring of 2008, while living in Milan, this book’s author travelled all along the north of Italy busking. What started as a little adventure soon became an opportunity to see the world with different eyes and to live in a novel way. Travelling engendered a plethora of anecdotes, evermore funny and unusual. Through them it is possible to find a philosophy of life which makes this book rather more than a mere collection of stories.
In its pages you will find real life seen through a busker’s eyes. There will appear a limitless range of picturesque characters and human stories with the streets always occupying centre stage.Besides, ‘A Busker’s Diary’ may be read as a practical manual for those willing to initiate in the peculiar art of busking. The book includes interviews with street artists from New York, New Orleans and several parts of Chile.
